Please accept the donation in memory of my beloved mother. We reached out to you looking for support with palliative care, not aware Mom was in need of hospice care that very night of our 1st meeting. Overwhelmed and stunned, disbelieving and shaken doesn’t begin to describe the emotional journey we started that day. With your amazing support, we were able to keep Mom home, in her bedroom and bed, safe, at peace, and without pain. As a family, we are so grateful we could keep our promises to Mom (and Dad) to have Mom stay at home. Every person who worked with us – from our 1st contact with Margaret and Whitney to our intake meeting with Kacey, as well as all of the nurses – Beth, Lexi, Jennifer, Diane, Chloe, and Bev – treated us with kindness and compassion, gentleness paired with truth, educating and supporting us as well as our Mom, ensuring her last days were peaceful and pain-free. We were continually told to not hesitate to call and I did – each time feeling the support, reassurance, and problem-solving fo the meds we need for Mom. Thank you so much for being there for us. We so appreciate you.
