Serenity offers palliative and end-of-life care to patients with the utmost care and dignity. Our services encompass the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the family unit, with an emphasis on the patient’s and family’s desires. Serenity Hospice & Home believes that living continues until the moment of death, and our hospice focuses on promoting optimal living throughout this final journey of life.

Serenity is a FIVE-STAR rated organization from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). As a non-profit serving multiple counties, we are thankful for the many donors and volunteers helping Serenity provide the best care available.

Serenity serves the areas of: Rockford, Belvidere, DeKalb, Freeport, Byron, Rochelle, Oregon, Mt. Morris, Polo, Dixon, Sterling, Rock Falls, and more towns throughout several Northwest Illinois counties.
