SM&SF Club Shares Generous Donation

2/12/2025
Throughout each year, the SM&SF Club raises needed funds for a handful of organizations, and they presented Serenity with an incredible check for $10,000 today at our weekly staff meeting.

“What a gift to have the SM&SF Club present their generous donation with so many of our team members who impact our patients’ lives,” shared Serenity CEO Suzanne Ravlin. Serenity provides services such as massage and music therapy without charge, and these funds will ensure that patients have all the resources they need to experience the comfort they deserve.

SM&SF Club’s “Kick-In For Cancer” fundraising involves over 800 members and beyond, with various fundraisers throughout the year. It features a significant event held each summer at their Club Park in Stillman Valley (near the Rockford Airport). The Swedish Music & Sick Fraternity was established in 1898 and today is a strong non-profit social club that maintains the old tradition of caring for the community.
