Nancy D. Tracy
July 11, 1945 — August 26, 2025
Today, we remember and honor our dear friend and colleague, Nancy. 
To us at Serenity, she was more than a coworker — she was family. Her warm spirit and tender heart will be deeply missed, yet forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. 
In Nancy Tracy’s own words, “do not be sad.” May we honor her by carrying forward the same grace and love she so freely shared.
Each morning, we carry Nancy’s spirit with us, remembering her favorite words: “‘I’ll make it a great day.” Her joy continues to guide us.
“A Memorial Service [for our beloved Nancy Tracy,] will be on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, IL 61108, with a visitation prior to the service from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Serenity Hospice and Home at 1658 IL. Route 2, Oregon, IL 61061.”
