As we prepare to celebrate the holidays, Serenity Hospice & Home invites you to sponsor a Christmas Ornament in remembrance of a loved one, to thank the Angels in your life, or simply to support the mission of Serenity Hospice & Home. The delicate, hand-blown glass ornaments will adorn a memorial tree within Serenity Home during the holiday season.

If you prefer, we will ship the ornaments to you immediately to give as a gift or decorate your own tree.
Please add the shipping fee to your order.

Pickup is available by appointment. Please call 815-732-2499 to let us know when you will be arriving.
