Serenity Hospice and Home invites the community to attend our annual Memorial Service. The service will highlight Serenity patients who have died during the past year and is held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Ebenezer Reformed Church, 2997 North German Church Road in Oregon, Illinois. Guest speaker Pastor Michael Hoffman will present a special program offering encouragement and hope.

This service is open to the public. Please call the Serenity office at 815-732-4111 to let us know how many are attending and help us prepare, as refreshments will be served.
