Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health, social work, and crisis intervention, with a passion for supporting individuals and families during challenging times. As a Licensed Social Worker, you will provide vital emotional support, case management, and counseling services to clients across diverse settings, ensuring they receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and behavioral health needs to develop personalized care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management support to clients experiencing urgent mental health or social issues.
• Assist clients with navigating social services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans that address clients’ holistic needs, including childcare and mentoring support when applicable.

Experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

• Degree in social work

• Valid IL licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LCSW)

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases

• Strong knowledge of social work principles, crisis management strategies, and community resources.

Position
Serenity is looking for a caring, compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We have a full-time community CNA position available, visiting patients in the Ogle County area and caring for them in their homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Previous experience in hospice or home care is preferred. We hire the best staff, because that is what our patients and families deserve! Applicants must have reliable transportation for daily driving. Serenity pays mileage reimbursement at $.57 per mile.
