A Memorial Service for Serenity staff member, Nancy Tracy, will be on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, IL 61108, with a visitation prior to the service from 9:00 – 10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Serenity Hospice and Home at 1658 IL. Route 2, Oregon, IL 61061.
