“I am very pleased to join the Serenity Hospice Foundation Board,” said Stear. “As a not-for-profit hospice, Serenity’s mission is one that I have a passion for and I look forward to becoming more involved in their work.”
Lisa has experience as a hospital discharge planner and a school social worker. She has also worked as a hospice social worker at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, IL. Currently Lisa owns her own Psycho Therapy business in Rockford.
“We are very lucky to have Lisa join our Board,” said Lynn Knodle Executive Director. “She brings with her experience and a real heart for hospice. As a not-for-profit, our Board members, like our employees, must sometimes wear many different hats in the organization, and we know that Lisa is a hard worker who will contribute a lot to Serenity.”
